We where together for almost 2 years and than it hit again, Reinier
wanted more creatures. He made a mistake, he got himself a monitor,
it was still small when he took it home but we soon found out when
we heard him say to his father that the thing was going to become huge!
Well it didn't work out the way it was planned, the monitor had to go,
he now moves around somewhere in Katwijk inside a glasshouse along with
a lot of other giant lizards.

But that was after he builds it a home to accommodate to his needs!
The construction of that house was really great to watch, it was build
in 4 stages. The first 2 stages was the construction of the substructure,
which was measuring 3 meters in length, 70 cm high and 90 cm deep.
He placed those doors in front of it so he could hide a lot of stuff below
the actual house in which the monitor was going to live. The structure on
top, the actual terrarium is the same size in height and length and depth.
After the monitor was gone me and my lady moved into the terrarium.

There was a lot of things to see for us that day, besides being much bigger
than our old house it also had heavier tree branches for us to climb upon,
it had a piece of cork with a hole in it that opened up in three directions.
But more importantly there was this huge swimming pool, I could lay myself
in it, my girl in it, and still there was room for a lot of others.
But the strangest was that there where these critters moving around in it.
A pump was filtering the water in the pool. And the water sprung out of
this strange stone thing Reinier placed in the middle of it. But that was
a surprise to the new environment we live in; we also soon found out
that we were not alone! Some strange creature moved in.
